只用于动物实验研究等 he Sheet Resistance Measurement System is comprised of the XtralienTM X100 Source Meter with a four-point probe head and intuitive control software. With this combination, we have created a reliable, affordable, and simple-to-use tool to enable rapid characterisation of materials. The Xtralien X100 can provide currents between 10 nA and 100 mA, and measure voltages from 10 V down to 100 μV, enabling a wide range of sheet resistances to be measured. Features- Measure down to 10 mΩ/□ and up to 50 MΩ/□
- Intuitive software
- Data saved to file
- Resistivity and conductivity measurements
- Automatic correction factor calculation
- Spring-loaded probes to prevent damage to fragile samples
System Overview The components of the Sheet Resistance Measurement System are: the XtralienTM X100 Source Meter, a four-point probe head, and specifically designed software. These components are vertically stacked to keep the footprint to a minimum, whilst allowing ease of access to the important parts of the system. The system is compatible with circular samples up to 76.2 mm (3 inches) in diameter, and rectangular samples up to 65 mm in length. A layer of insulating non-slip rubber on the vertical translation stage prevents the sample from moving during the measurement. Component List- XtralienTM X100 Source Measure Unit

- Manual Vertical Translation Stage with Micrometer
- Baseplate and Top-plate
- 2 x BNC Cables
- Spacers and Fittings

- Sheet Resistance Measurement Software and User Guide
SoftwareAn intuitive and user-friendly standalone program is used to control the system, enabling rapid characterisation of materials without the need for the user to have written any code themselves. The system calculates appropriate geometrical correction factors for the given sample geometry, ensuring accurate sheet resistances. It can also calculate the resistivity and conductivity of the sample, if the thickness is provided. Sheet Resistance Measurement Software. Sheet resistance output of ITO substrate. Settings are saved along with the measurement data to .csv files. This allows settings files to be loaded, enabling easy repetition of experiments or reuse of a particular configuration.
